At the core of PWC is our Founder and Operations Director; experts with more than 30 years proven success as a Water Conditioning Professional.
Eduardo Munoz is also a Software and Civil Engineer with 17 years of experience in the Energy and Utilities Industry at PG&E-San Francisco, CA and SDG&E-Sempra Energy a SoCal Utility company.
In addition, Mr. Munoz worked on various projects for California American Water and RBF Engineering including the Monterey Bay Water Desalination Project.
